Who starts a refund and where the money goes.
Who initiates
Refunds on Rivoult are processed through Stripe. The seller or Rivoult admin initiates the refund. Buyers may accept or reject a partial refund offer on a return — they do not push money from Stripe themselves.
On cancellation of a paid order (after the seller confirms cancel), Rivoult refunds via Stripe when applicable.
Where funds go
Money returns to the original payment method. Bank timing varies (often several business days after Stripe refunds).
Marketplace application fees are handled with the refund according to the Terms.
