Who pays return shipping?
Change-of-mind returns usually differ from defective / wrong / not-as-described cases.
If you return a satisfactory item because you changed your mind or no longer need it, return shipping is usually paid by you, unless the seller’s terms or law say otherwise.
If the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or not as described, different cost rules may apply — see the Returns policy and your return screen.
Rivoult shows guidance in the return flow; the Returns page is the full reference.
