Report a counterfeit item
If you believe a listing or delivered item is fake or prohibited.
Use Report on the listing when available, and contact Rivoult support with the product link, order number, and photos.
Open a return or dispute for the order if you already paid and received a suspected counterfeit.
Never pay the seller outside Rivoult to “replace” the item.
